This was a gift; can I return it?

No, please contact the original purchaser! If your item appears to be defective, however, you can email support@levoit.com with details about your experience.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, if you initiate a return within 30 days after delivery, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Do I need to keep the original box?

We do require original packaging for any items returning to us (within the 30-day return period).

My purchase is from another seller. Can I initiate a return here?

Please contact the original seller first (Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc.)—they will be able to assist directly! If not, please email us the reason your return was denied.

How many days do I have to initiate a return?

    What do I do to return wrong item shipped .  I have original packing box but I want to make sure I get the right product.  I ordered a air purifier for mold not pets.  We have no pets.  I also paid more for it.  Filter and air purifier state for pets.  Please review original order and tell me what to do next.  Thank you.

    I need your help so badly.  I bought the Classic 300S.  I wanted it so much to help me with my skin condition.  But I made a very bad mistake.  I misunderstood the directions and put the water in the wrong spot and now the darn thing doesn't work.  Please help me.
